About the role
TalentEx Employment Group, an automotive recruitment business, is looking for a Sales Consultant to sell prestige vehicles - Gold Coast. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who enjoys helping customers through a considered, high-value purchase.
About the role
You will be the main point of contact for customers interested in prestige vehicles, from the first enquiry through to delivery. The focus is on understanding what each customer needs and giving them a professional, straightforward buying experience.
- Greet and assist showroom visitors and respond to phone and online enquiries
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Demonstrate vehicles and arrange test drives
- Prepare quotes, negotiate prices and manage trade-in appraisals with customers
- Follow up leads and keep in touch with past and prospective customers
- Keep customer records accurate and up to date
- Coordinate paperwork and handover so each delivery runs smoothly

What you'll need
- Previous automotive or other high-value retail sales experience
- Polished presentation and strong communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and manage customer relationships over time
- Current, full Australian driver's licence
- Comfortable using CRM systems and preparing sales paperwork
- Motivated and organised, with a customer-first approach
- Full working rights in Australia — no visa sponsorship offered
