Junior marketing Coordinator

TalentEx Employment Group, an automotive recruitment business, is looking for a Junior Marketing Coordinator to join its team in West Gosford, NSW. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone starting out in marketing who wants to build their skills in the automotive industry.

About the role

You will support the marketing activity that helps TalentEx connect with employers and job seekers in the automotive industry. The role suits someone organised and keen to learn, with a good eye for detail and clear writing.

• Help plan and coordinate marketing campaigns and day-to-day activity
• Create and schedule content for social media and other channels
• Write and proofread copy for emails, web pages and promotional material
• Help prepare and send email newsletters and updates
• Keep marketing materials and online content accurate and up to date
• Track results and put together simple reports on how campaigns are performing
• Work with the wider team to support their marketing needs

What we offer

• Pay: $60,000 – $70,000
• Monday - Friday
• Great working environment

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management
• Proficiency in content creation, including graphic design and copywriting
• Experience with EDM tools and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Loomly)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies is a plus
• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage but not essential
