TalentEx Employment Group, an automotive recruitment business, is looking for an experienced Spare Parts Manager to join a full-time, on-site role in Melbourne, VIC.
About the role
As Spare Parts Manager, you will take responsibility for running the parts department, keeping stock moving and making sure workshop and customer needs are met accurately and on time.
- Lead and support the parts team day to day
- Manage stock levels, ordering and replenishment to keep the right parts on the shelf
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and manage pricing and deliveries
- Supply parts to workshop technicians and trade or retail customers
- Oversee stocktakes, returns, warranty claims and stock accuracy
- Monitor department performance, including inventory turnover and margins
- Keep the parts area organised, safe and running to company procedures
What we offer
- Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 OTE

What you'll need
- Previous experience managing a parts department or parts team
- Strong knowledge of stock control, ordering and inventory systems
- Experience with parts catalogues and supplier management
- Good leadership, communication and customer service skills
- Current Victorian driver licence
- Automotive parts qualification or equivalent experience
- Full working rights in Australia — no visa sponsorship offered
