About the role
As a Spare Parts Interpreter, you will be the link between customers, the workshop and suppliers. You will work out exactly which parts are needed and make sure they are quoted, ordered and supplied accurately.
- Identify the correct parts using vehicle details, VINs and electronic parts catalogues
- Serve trade and retail customers at the counter, by phone and by email
- Prepare quotes and process orders and invoices
- Source parts from suppliers and follow up on back orders
- Receive and check incoming stock, and put it away correctly
- Help keep the parts area organised and stock records accurate
What we offer
- $85,000 – $95,000 OTE
- Base salary - $75k
- Prestige Dealership environment
- Monday - Friday

What you'll need
- Previous experience in an automotive spare parts role
- Confident using electronic parts catalogues and VIN lookups
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when quoting and ordering
- Clear communication and good customer service skills
- Basic computer skills and experience with a dealer or parts management system
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Full working rights in Australia — no visa sponsorship offered
