TalentEx Employment Group is looking for an Automotive Service Manager for a full-time, on-site role in West Gosford, NSW.

Our client, a reputable multi-franchise automotive dealership in Gosford, NSW is actively seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to join their team. As the Service Manager, you will play a vital role in leading and motivating a skilled team of Service Technicians, Service Advisors, Workshop Controller, and more. Your primary focus will be delivering exceptional customer service, driving productivity, and ensuring operational efficiency within the workshop.

About the role

You will lead the service department, keeping the workshop running smoothly and making sure customers get a reliable, well-communicated service experience. The role suits an experienced automotive professional who is comfortable managing both people and workflow.

• Oversee daily workshop operations, including job allocation and scheduling
• Lead, coach and support service advisors and technicians
• Manage customer queries and concerns, and resolve issues professionally
• Monitor workshop productivity, quality of work and turnaround times
• Track service department targets, budgets and reporting
• Make sure workshop procedures, safety standards and compliance requirements are followed

What we offer

• $130,000 – $150,000

What you'll need

• Previous experience in a service manager or senior workshop leadership role
• Strong knowledge of automotive workshop operations and servicing processes
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good organisational skills and comfort working to targets and budgets
• Current driver's licence
• Full working rights in Australia — no visa sponsorship offered
