TalentEx Employment Group, an automotive recruitment business, is looking for a Sales Consultant - Used Cars to join a full-time, on-site team in Brooklyn, NSW.
About the role
You will help customers find the right used vehicle, guiding them from first enquiry through to handover. The role suits someone who enjoys talking cars with people and building trust.
- Greet customers in person and respond to phone and online enquiries about used vehicles
- Learn what each customer needs and budget for, then recommend suitable vehicles
- Present vehicles and run test drives
- Follow up leads and past customers to keep sales opportunities moving
- Prepare quotes and sales paperwork accurately
- Coordinate vehicle handover so customers leave informed and confident
- Keep customer records up to date in the dealership's systems

- Pay: $100,000 – $120,000 OTE

What you'll need
- Previous vehicle sales experience, ideally in used cars
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Clear, friendly communication and a customer-first approach
- Confidence negotiating and closing sales
- Good organisation and attention to detail with paperwork
- Self-motivated and comfortable working to sales targets
- Full working rights in Australia — no visa sponsorship offered
