About the role
TalentEx Employment Group, an automotive recruitment business, is looking for a Fleet Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Castle Hill, NSW. You will own fleet customer relationships and bring in new business.
About the role
As Fleet Sales Manager, you will look after corporate, government and business customers who buy vehicles in volume. You will manage existing accounts, win new ones and see each deal through from first enquiry to delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with fleet, corporate and government customers
- Find and pursue new fleet opportunities, including tenders and renewals
- Prepare quotes and fleet proposals, and negotiate pricing, terms and delivery timeframes
- Coordinate vehicle orders, stock and handover with internal sales, finance and service teams
- Keep customers updated through to delivery and check in on their needs after the sale
- Track your pipeline and report on sales results and targets

What you'll need
- Proven experience in fleet, corporate or automotive sales
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, quoting and tender preparation skills
- Confident communicator who can build long-term customer relationships
- Good organisation and pipeline reporting skills
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Full working rights in Australia — no visa sponsorship offered
