About the role
TalentEx Employment Group is recruiting for a family owned & operated Toyota dealership in Cooma, NSW that is looking for an experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to oversee one of its new vehicle sales operations. About the role
This is a full-time, on-site leadership role. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the new vehicle sales department, guiding the sales team and keeping customers at the centre of the sales process.
- Lead, coach and motivate the new vehicle sales team
- Manage the daily running of the new vehicle sales operation
- Set and track sales targets and review team performance
- Oversee enquiries, appraisals, deal structuring and customer follow-up
- Support the team in delivering a positive buying and handover experience
- Manage new vehicle stock and work with other dealership departments
- Report on sales results to dealership management

What you'll need
- Proven experience in new vehicle sales within an automotive dealership
- Experience as a Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager, or equivalent leadership experience
- Ability to lead, coach and motivate a sales team to meet targets
- Strong customer service, communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of dealership sales processes and reporting
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Full working rights in Australia — no visa sponsorship offered
